The goal of the CALQUENCE Patient Savings Program is to assist eligible patients with their out-of-pocket costs for CALQUENCE.
Most eligible patients will pay as little as $0 per month and may have access to up to $26,000 per year to assist with out-of-pocket costs related to CALQUENCE. There are no income requirements to participate in the program.

The CALQUENCE Patient Savings Program covers the cost of the drug only, and does not cover costs for office visits, or any other associated costs.

What is CALQUENCE?
CALQUENCE is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who have received at least one prior treatment for their cancer.
It is not known if CALQUENCE is safe and effective in children.
