For adults with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)
For Previously Treated MCL
In a clinical study, 124 patients with previously treated MCL received CALQUENCE alone.* The primary measurement of the study was the overall response rate, which is the percentage of patients whose cancer shrinks and stops spreading after treatment.
Initial results were reported after a median† follow-up of 15 months. 80% (99 of 124) of patients achieved a response with CALQUENCE.‡ Median† duration of response was not reached yet. This means that more than half of the patients who responded to CALQUENCE had an ongoing response at the time of analysis.
Updated results were reported after a median† follow-up of 38 months. Based on the limits of the analysis, results are descriptive and individual experiences may differ.

Median† duration of response was more than 2 years (29 months).
Median duration of response is the length of time half of the patients in the trial continued to respond after the first response was seen.
*Take CALQUENCE 100-mg tablet by mouth approximately every 12 hours as a stand-alone therapy.
†Median is the middle number in a group of numbers arranged from the lowest to the highest.
‡Radiographic and other tests showed that their cancer reduced in size and did not spread.
